The Esaris Industries group’s equipment allows brazing in non-oxidising (reducing or neutral) atmospheres at temperatures up to 1100°C.
The vacuum furnace is used for the following operations:
- silver or copper brazing, particularly with large parts
- overmoulding of copper on refractory metals (tungsten or molybdenum alloys, etc.) to make high-voltage contacts, welding electrodes, anodes for X-ray tubes or anode-cathode pairs for plasma torches
